Terms & Conditions

  1. A 25% non-refundable booking deposit is required by credit or debit card to secure the booking. If the booking is cancelled at any time the 25% will not be returned.
  2. The property/room rate includes free parking, unlimited Wi-Fi, flat screen TV with up to 30 channels, electricity, refuse disposal, 1 set of bedding, bed linen and 1 set of towels per guest. The property is not serviced. If you require hiring an additional fresh set of bed linen or towels, please collect from the office. See prices below.
  3. Additional towels, bedding and bed linen can be hired and collected from the office at a cost of €7 for 1 set of towels (1 x bath towel, 1 x hand towel, 1 x bath mat).  Hire of 1 x duvet and 1 x pillow costs €10 per set and the hire of 1 set of bed linen (1 x cover, 1 x sheet and 1 x pillowcase) costs €20 per bed.
  4. Payment in full is due by credit or debit card or cash at check-in.
  5. Check-in is from 3pm to 6pm. It may be possible to check-in before or after these times but only with prior arrangement so please contact us with your arrival time.
  6. The number of guests stated above must not be exceeded without the permission of management.
  7. Guests are required to leave the property clean, tidy and in the condition as it were found. This includes dishes washed and put away, floors swept and rubbish and re-cycling brought to the on-site refuse room.
  8. An additional cleaning charge may be incurred if the property and its contents have not been maintained and left in a clean and tidy condition. All breakages and maintenance issues must be reported to the office immediately.
  9. No responsibility will be taken for items lost or stolen from the property or from cars. Cars are parked at your own risk.
  10. Cots and extra beds are subject to availability and must be pre-booked in advance. Extra charges may apply.
  11. Pets with the exception of Guide Dogs are not permitted.
  12. Smoking or vaping is not permitted in any internal areas of the complex.
  13. The rental may be terminated at any time with no refund if the guest’s behaviour is loud, disruptive or abusive, if the occupancy level is exceeded, if a guest causes damage to the property or any other circumstances deemed unreasonable by a member of the Benbulben Court management team.
  14. Fire equipment must not be tampered with. Please go to the fire assembly point located at the car park when the fire alarm sounds.
  15. Refunds will not be issued if a guest leaves before the agreed departure date.
  16. Check-out is between 9am and 11am on the day of departure. All keys cards must be returned to the office at check-out and posted through the office letterbox if the office is closed. Failure to return keys cards will incur a €20.00 per card charged to the credit card given at the time of booking.
