UNDERSTANDING THE FEES

1. The €300.00 deposit is not included in the price and is retained as a damage deposit once you move in
2. €100.00 of the deposit will be retained if you cancel your Application before the cut off date and the full €300.00 will be retained thereafter
3. Service charges and an electricity allowance are all included in the total price. 
4. Once the electricity allowance has run out, students will need to top up themselves via the Pinergy App
5. The fees are split into 5 payments for the full Academic Year
6. Late payments incur a charge of €50.00
7. Students can book a single or double or twin occupancy in a double ensuite room or a twin ensuite room
8. Study desk, kettle, toaster, microwave, crockery, cutlery, colander, kitchen utensils, frying pan, saucepans, mop and bucket, sweeping brush, high speed  WiFi and free secure parking are all provided.
9. A minimum of 2 and a maximum of 4 students will be accommodated in each 2 bedroom apartment
10. If you move out before the end of the Licence Fee period no refunds will be issued and you remain liable to pay all Licence Fees until the end of the Licence Fee period
11. Fees can be paid by bank transfer, cash, credit or debit card
